All payments must be in US dollars.

Violation of United States and International Law:

Content and products purchased, downloaded, and/or viewed on ceramicartsnetwork.org (and related sites) are intended for the private, individual use of the purchaser. At no time, without written consent from the American Ceramic Society, should the content, videos, books, and downloadable products be used, broadcast, displayed, or retransmitted (including forwarding via email or FTP) in a public forum, online or otherwise. Failure to abide by these regulations constitutes an international copyright infringement, a violation of international intellectual property law, and a violation of US Federal Communications Commission regulations. Violators will be prosecuted.

CeramicArtsNework.org reserves the right to cancel any order(s) or account(s). Refunds will be issued for any undelivered products.


Products are shipped from our warehouse based on availability. Please allow 10–14 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number for your order. Shipping to outside the United States can take as long as 3–4 weeks. 

Expedited Shipping:

Expedited orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all expedited shipments.

Return & Refund Policy:

All merchandise sales are final except where noted below.

Digital products: Sales of all downloaded (digital) books, magazines, videos are final.

Refunds: Subscriptions and memberships are paid through the contracted term. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or memberships canceled during the contracted term.

Damaged products: Books, DVDs or other physical merchandise purchased from this site can be returned for a refund only if it is determined that the product was damaged or faulty. The customer must contact us in advance of the return at customerservice@ceramicartsnetwork.org, and the item must be received by us within 30 days of original purchase date. In the case of a returned product that was damaged or faulty, we will replace the item at our expense if it is still available in our warehouse. Otherwise, the purchase price and shipping will be fully refunded if the item is no longer available.

Other returns: If for some reason an item is returned without us being contacted prior to the return, no refund will be applied.


We may, from time-to-time, run promotions and discount events. These may take the form of site-wide sales or product-specific sales. The particular form of promotion will be described, and full details set out, in the communications (such as e-mails, social media, and ads). The period of time during which each promotion will run (“promotion period”) will be specified in the promotion. Each promotion will automatically close at the end of the relevant promotion period, at which point no further participation in that promotion will be possible.

Subscriptions & Membership Recurring Payments:

As a subscriber (or ICAN member), you have the option to sign up for an Annual or Monthly subscription term. When you sign up, you provide us with your credit card. That credit card information is stored securely—none of our staff ever have access to your full credit card information. We contract a third-party, data-compliant service company to securely manage our credit card transactions.

If you have selected a Monthly subscription (or membership), your credit card will be charged every month after the date you signed up. If you signed up for an Annual subscription (or membership), your credit card will be charged one year after the day you originally signed.
