Questions on submission:

How do you create a Submittable account? Register your account here, fill out a 5-minute form with your basic information, and voilà! You’re done. Once you have an account, you will only need to sign-in for future contests, which cuts down on your submit time!

What forms of payment do you accept? For entries, the website Submittable accepts most credit cards, and PayPal. Paypal is how we will be accepting payments for any purchases of art work.

What is your privacy policy? We do not share or sell any personal information.


Questions on buying available artwork:

How do I buy artwork listed for sale? Copy down the item number of the artwork you would like to purchase, and then email that product number code to Emily Arbogast, (earbogast@ceramics.org) and check on the availability of the item. Please put: Online Juried Exhibition Purchase Inquiry in your subject line when you send your email. If the artwork is still available, you will receive an email on the price + shipping, and directions on how to pay via PayPal. You will have 24 hours to submit payment, and then the order will be sent to the artist for shipping.

How will I know my order went through, will I receive an email confirmation? You will receive a confirmation once payment is confirmed, and once we have a tracking number available, you will receive that as well.

Can I change or cancel my order? All sales are final.

I want to return my purchase, what do I do? All sales are final.


Questions on shipping:

How long will it take to receive my order? 1–2 weeks upon payment confirmation, unless told specifically otherwise.

Do you offer expedited shipping? No.

Can you ship to a different address than my billing address? We will ask you to give us the exact address that you would like to have your piece sent. That address will be forwarded directly to the seller.

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States? We can only ship to the continental United States and Canadian addresses. International shipments could be considered, but you have to pay the extra shipping cost.

What do I do if something is damaged when I receive it? The buyer then must confirm receipt of art piece to ICAN; if there are any issues, they must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the item, and the claim must include images.
