Troubleshooting: Known Technical Problems with the New CAN Website
On September 29, we relaunched the Ceramic Arts Network website. Since then, some of you have experienced problems accessing the content. One outstanding known problem is listed below, with an update on where we are with a solution for you:
Still not sure you’re logged in to the site?
After successfully resetting your password and logging into the site, you will see your account name at the top of your browser window (next to the search field). If you don’t see your name, then click the words “Login” again to refresh the page.
