Sometimes even the simplest tips can make all the difference. I like to use a sponge when throwing to keep things lubricated, but sometimes the sponge can create a drag. But when I saw Neil Estrick's twist on throwing with a sponge, I knew I had to try it. It's the simplest little tweak, but I had never thought of it myself and when I tried it, it really helped.
