Florida, DeLand “FORM + SPACE 2024” (October 4–December 29). Open to artists ages 18 and over. The Museum of Art - DeLand proudly presents the inaugural FORM + SPACE 2024 International Juried Exhibition. This exhibition recognizes an expansive field of contemporary sculpture and the diverse practices of artists today who transform malleable materials into three-dimensional artworks. Artists working in traditional and non-traditional sculptural materials are encouraged to apply. Works in any media may be submitted including digital works, but artists are responsible for supplying all technology needed for digital works. We are looking for innovative and challenging works that transcend traditional processes and materials and present printmaking as a versatile and adaptable medium. Montana, Billings “SummerFair 2024” (June 22–23). Send three to six digital images that clearly represent work to be sold at Summerfair. The committee recommends that three of these show a small grouping (two to four items), in order to give the jurors a clear understanding of the variety and range of your work. One image must show your complete booth display. If this is your first show and you do not have a booth example, please take the time to submit a mockup of your display plan. The committee reserves the right to refuse any artist the privilege of exhibiting work not previously approved by the jury. Jurying is done by a committee of community members. Jurors look for saleable, fine quality, creative, original work by the artist. The committee strives to balance media representation. Only work hand-crafted by the selling artist is acceptable.
