Instructions

The stain works best when mixed to a watery consistency to flow in incised lines.

The percentage of colorant can be increased or decreased depending on the desired effect, as well as watered down. Other colorants can be used such as light rutile, copper carbonate, and red iron oxide. To apply, I use an 18-gauge needle applicator to trace over the incised lines, then wipe the excess off the surface. A fine brush works well too. I wear gloves during application.
