Adapted from many old yellow glaze recipes. This glaze should be thinned to the consistency of whole milk or cream. It works best when a well-cleaned, bisque-fired pot is dipped once into the glaze. I fire to cone 12 in heavy reduction, spraying soda solution in one charge after cone 10 drops, then letting the kiln climb toward cone 12 for at least an hour.
