These test tiles were applied to a brown stoneware body that has been bisqued to Cone 06. Tile 1 (far left) wa dipped in a batch with a specific gravity of 1.38, Tile 2 was dipped in a specific gravity of 1.48, and Tile 3 was dipped in a batch with a specific gravity of 1.58.
