Instructions
Use between 4–10% red iron oxide. Test various amounts of red iron oxide added to slip before applying to your ware. If a specific viscosity or thickness is desired, add a flocculant such as vinegar or Epsom salts. Add a deflocculant, such as Darvan 811, to increase fluidity.
