Also add 1 tsp of CMC gum per 220-pound batch.

Mix bentonite separately, and mix other materials in order from dense to light particles. Mahavir feldspar is a replacement for G200 feldspar.

This is a vitreous, translucent clay body that is excellent all around and has great green strength. This clay body begins to slump and warp from cone 11–12.

Add 0.3% Darvan 7 to the slurry to create a casting slip.
