Mix 2.2 lbs. (1000 g) of slip for a plate 20 in. (52 cm) in diameter.

I use Alcasperce for my deflocculant. Other types may require different amounts. Methyl cellulose (the main ingredient in wallpaper pastes) can be used as a mild glue to give extra green strength to delicate pieces.
