Artist Statement: 
My work is functional hand-built pottery, made of stoneware clay, decorated with terra sigillata, slips and glazes that I like making myself. My forms are simple; my colours and patterns are playful and nostalgic.

What type of clay do you use?
Stoneware.

What is your primary forming method?
Hand-building.

What is your favorite surface treatment?
“Mono-printing” on slip, terra sigilallata and sgraffito.

Do you make any of your own tools?
Molds.

What one word would you use to describe your work?
Playful.

My clay-press.

I make my own slips and glazes.
