Artist Statement:
My work in ceramics is based on minimalist, abstract and geometric concepts. It is composed of simple elements and shapes giving them a voice to tell their story. My aim is to creat from simplicity.
The application of lines and spaces play an important roll in my exploration for the design. They represent and reveal the emotions in simple moments.
All my pieces are handmade using a pottery wheel and molds. I work in porcelain and I do the firing at cone 5-6. Glazes are applied with brushes or by dipping.
