What type of clay do you use? Porcelaine and stoneware

What temperature do you fire to? Cone 10 reduction and occasionally oxidation

What is your primary forming method? Throwing, altering and handbuilding

What is your favorite surface treatment? No one favorite. I use lots of laser printed decals

Do you make any of your own tools? Leather hard chucks, paper templates

What is your favorite thing about your studio? My window looking out on diverse inner city neighborhood

What ceramic superpower would you have and why? Increase centripetal force and thereby make attachments more dependable.

What is your studio playlist? Blues, jazz, folk, classical

Why do you create art? Most likely because as a child I was encouraged to experience and make art.

If you could change one property of clay, what would it be? Make it less expensive.
