Studio Description: I have been making pottery for forty very happy years. I work in a studio behind my house. I am mostly a hand builder and love texture and surface decoration. My background is in music education, so I see rhythm and melody lines in all of my pieces. Lately I have become interested in incorporating found objects into my work. I find adding bed springs, drift wood, copper wire, ceiling tiles and beads to my pieces has added a new dimension to my pottery.
