training by the start of the grant period (September 1, 2024), who are not currently enrolled full- or part-time in a degree-granting institution, and who are not employed full-time as a ceramics teacher at the college level. Please note: a college

Duration: 6 weeks; approximately January 29–March 8. Application Deadline: April 15. No application fee. Eligibility requirements: Must not be enrolled as a student; BIOPOC and LGBQ artists are
encouraged to apply. Resident must pay for own travel, materials, and cost of living not covered by stipend. Resident must provide own transportation and cost of living expenses. Stipend: $1200. The Bascom’s Dave Drake Studio Barn Teaching Resident Artist Clay Program
Duration: Three months during the summer; start and end dates flexible. Application Deadline: Ongoing. Fee includes: resident artist will have a dedicated work area in the studio, and will also share some of the duties
of maintaining the studio, including loading/unloading, mixing glaze, and other studio upkeep. For their own artistic production, the resident artist will receive 250 pounds of studio clay per month, glazing and firing. Opportunity to sell work
