For Red, add 9% Red Iron Oxide.

For Yellow, add 7% Rutile

For Blue, add 5% Cobalt Carbonate

For Forest Green, add 7% Chrome Oxide

Mix very thick, especially the copper carbonate. The base recipe will give you a slightly off-white color. I tested different amounts of oxides and chose these percentages to give me the brightest colors. Use the regular slip when painting it on the surface or deflocculate it by adding 1-2 drops of Darvan 7 or sodium silicate when you are transferring patterns.
