Instructions

Using terra-cotta clays for tile presents problems such as high porosity, and poor freeze/thaw properties. While it is not a particularly durable clay, traditionally terra-cotta bodies have defined much of the global tile aesthetic and are ubiquitous with the architecture of many cultures.
